GREENWICH THEATRE COMPANY
Our November production of A JOURNEY has been *CANCELLED*
In accordance with Stamford Mayor David Martin’s prudent decision to re-establish the safety guidelines that were in place for Phase II of Connecticut’s COVID 19 Reopening Plans, the Avon Theatre Film Center and the Greenwich Theatre Company have decided to cancel our November presentation of A JOURNEY. We would love to have the opportunity to present Kimberly Wilson’s wonderful live performance sometime in the future, but the current situation demands that we focus first on the health and safety of our patrons. The Avon will be in touch with ticket holders individually to make arrangements for refunds.
The Avon Theatre remains OPEN, in full compliance with state and local guidelines and with a stringent set of safety protocols.
Greenwich Theatre Company shares its home with the Arch Street Teen Center, in Greenwich, CT. Neighbor to Neighbor, a charity organization serving Greenwich and surrounding communities, has temporarily moved to the space to better serve our community as we continue to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic. We thank Neighbor to Neighbor for their amazing work.
An update on the GTC space
"...As of Monday, March 30, Neighbor to Neighbor has made a significant step in addressing the increased need for food by temporarily moving their distribution location to the Arch Street Teen Center..."
